Still working out here. This is what’s going on:
Day 13 – I accidentally posted my entry on my other blog. I ran 6 miles alone.
Day 14 – Sunday is my day of rest.
Day 15 – Ripped and Chiseled – weight training dvd. I kicked butt on this one. I worked my muscles hard. I’m still feeling it today some. Great workout.
Day 16 – I stumbled. Sweltering temperatures – even by 8 AM. Household distractions. Weariness. Sore muscles. Blister on my bunion. All these things kept me distracted enough to stay indoors. My spinning bike is all but set up – needs a new tire for the back. Once that happens, I am so set for days like today.
Day 17 – Back to the weights Get Ripped – Slim and Lean. Still feeling a soreness from Monday, but that didn’t stop me from pushing myself as hard as I could. Great workout!
I now understand why it’s so hard for me to consistently keep a workout schedule. There are just too many variables in my day pulling on me. It’s been a strain to keep this up. But I’m committed to going the full 4 weeks – ending a week from Saturday. I’m getting ready for that stretch run.
