  • Goals – 2009

    • Exercise - Cardio and Weight training a total of 3-6x per week. Get into a routine and say there!

    • Eating - Smaller meals and snacks during the day. Drink lots of water and maintain.
    • To Evaluate - Keep tabs on myself, because I can be such a SLACKER.

Fitness Challenge – Day 12

Oh the interruptions.

I got my weight workout in today, but I swear that I had to break off and do something in every single set – get snacks for the 22 mo. old, a drink for the 4 y.o., chase the dog who got out of the yard, use the bathroom, change the channel for the kiddos, get food for the 4 y.o, block up the hole where the dog escaped.

But, I did get my Slim and Lean workout in none-the-less. I stunk on push ups, but did great on triceps and chest press. I’ll get the one legged squats one of these days.

One more workout this week and we’re half way through!
