Fitness Challenge – Day 4

I think that today was another hard day of getting motivated – especially in light of how my last run went. Plus, the weather has been very rainy with lots of thunderstorms, which were supposed to be around this morning.

But they weren’t.

So I packed in the crew and pushed my big old running stroller out of the driveway. We went our usual, almost-6-mile route. Even though things seemed to go much more smoothly today, it was still a tough run. I wonder what the calorie output calculation is for pushing an 80 lb. stroller in addition to normal body weight? Not to mention the humidity….

Tomorrow, will be another weight lifting routine for me. I really prefer that these days.
