Challenge – Day 2

I ran today – who knows for how long or how far. The route was the usual 6 miles, but my watch got screwed up by multiple kid pit stops and water breaks and just darn old forgetfulness. I’m guessing the whole loop took us about 1 hour and 20 minutes. But as I said, the running was only a small portion of that.

I can’t really “compare” runs here. Because my kids get portions of my runs and the weather fluctuates so much. It was a very humid 80 degrees today, overcast some. And I sweated so much I could hardly see – even with many water breaks.

I did work my hardest to get to the end of the trail. And I had a few walk breaks, too.

But I made it through Day 2. Tomorrow it’s weights again. And I’m just getting warmed up.
