    • Eating - Smaller meals and snacks during the day. Drink lots of water and maintain.

Shelly’s 4 Week Fitness Challenge

I’m challenging myself to 4 weeks of intense workouts – 6 days a week. My plan is to bump up my weight training to 3x per week, hold my running or other cardio at 3x a week (pending weather) and push myself to my maximums. I will not be doing any formal ab training here. No sit ups. But I’m hoping to effect my core in my workouts. I don’t have a goal of where I’ll end up, but I’ll wait to see.

Starting weight: 143.4 (weighed in the kitchen)
Starting measurements:
Waist – 32.25
Chest -34.5
Hips -38
Thigh -18.25
Arm -11

I will update my weight weekly here, but won’t measure until the end (Aug. 3).

Today’s training:

Jari Love – Ripped to the Core – Compound Exercises
Extras – Hamstrings (20 lbs) Leg Ext (25 lbs) – both high rep, also Jobs shoulder work.

I don’t have any classes or other items scheduled for July, so I thought it might give me the wiggle room to get a few more workouts in. We’ll see how it goes.
