    • Eating - Smaller meals and snacks during the day. Drink lots of water and maintain.

Birthday Workout

Today is my 41st birthday. I did a 40 minute Tae Bo workout so I have the liberty to gorge myself on some cake.

I’ve been visiting my hometown for the last 10 days. I’ve run here, too – and even participated in a race. I’ll have a few posts on my experiences when I return.

In the meantime, it’s back to the celebration – white cake with raspberry cream frosting. It’s my favorite from when I was a kid!
