I plan to hunt up a Taebo DVD – unless someone else out there has one to donate to the cause.

My first three workout tapes I’ve had for more than 10 years and I still love them. I recently transferred them to DVD since they are not available in that format.

I love the Step it Strong DVD – especially the weight sections. There is an extra weight workout that I haven’t even looked at yet.

Turbo Jam is kind of goofy. You’re supposed to hold your abs in on a lot of these moves. I don’t expect it to build any muscle, but just be a calorie burner for me. As I get into it more, I will be doing combinations of these videos to put together about a 45 minute workout with abs at the end.
