Monday Workout

40 minute Turbo Jam Cardio workout.
10 minute Ab routine.

On my Turbo Jam DVD (I purchased on ebay for a fraction of the cost) – I did the 20 minute power workout twice. I had not done the workout before, so the first time through I fumbled. Well, the second time, too – but I finished covered in sweat.

I just threw together some ab moves from my other DVDs – I got pain across the mid section tonight.
